Estabilizador de hoja integral

El estabilizador de hoja integral tiene dos tipos, recto y en espiral. El estabilizador de hoja integral está hecho integralmente de acero aleado de alta resistencia AISI 4145H, generalmente con 3 hojas o 4 hojas. La superficie de trabajo del estabilizador de hoja integral cuenta con inserto de carburo de vida útil extendida.

• Es una construcción de una sola pieza fabricada con acero aleado de alta resistencia.

• Previene el atascamiento diferencial de la sarta de perforación al estabilizar el BHA y mantener los collares de perforación y las tuberías de perforación lejos de la pared del pozo. Esto reduce la vibración, el torbellino de la tubería de perforación y la tortuosidad del pozo; además, la estabilización mantiene la trayectoria de perforación, ya sea que se perforen pozos rectos, horizontales o direccionales.
